“This newer market in Sheboygan is no exception to Stefano’s commitment to excellence, the enthusiasm in which his staff CARES for his clientele and the execution of his service mantra. One I am convinced is built on a foundation of sincerity. Every food thing is special. Each staff member is more than knowledgeable. And, a walk through his market was a mini vacation for this emotionally downed restaurateur who needed the inspiration he found today. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 34 years and I will probably always look up to Stefano. His vision is a special one.

Special shout out to the kind lady that made me coffee, the baker with the crazy technical lamination work on the croissants, and a big Thank-you to the gentleman behind the hot food counter that seemed to know that what I needed most was conversation with other food-centric humans.
